What is Prop Trading?

Proprietary trading, commonly referred to as prop trading, primarily involves investors with capital and trading companies providing sufficient balance to skilled traders. The primary advantage of prop trading is that skilled traders have the opportunity to manage portfolios without risking their own money.

The investors share the profits with the trader or traders, creating a win-win situation for both parties.

Prop Trading Application Policy

All FenzoFx’s Prop Trading participants must comply with the following trading rules. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.

1. The minimum age to participate is 22 years old.
2. All participants must verify their account by sending the required documents (ID front and back, proof of address, and a selfie with the ID) to [email protected].
3. A non-refundable application fee is required: $5.0 for a $500 prop account and $10.0 for a $1,000.0 prop account. This fee supports a dedicated server and helps ensure only serious traders apply.
   • The initial balance of $500 or $1,000 is provided solely for participants to prove their trading skills.
   • The initial balance is the property of FenzoFx and cannot be withdrawn.
4. Traders who fail to manage risks will be eliminated from the program.
   • Eliminated traders may try again by paying the application fee, with no limit on the number of attempts.

Prop Trading Risk and Execution Policy

1. Allowed Products: Applicants may trade any product offered by FenzoFx, including Forex, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, Agriculture, and Stocks.
2. Trading Strategy: Use any strategy you prefer, such as swing trading, scalping, day trading, or a personalized approach.
3. Daily Trade Requirement: Complete at least one trade per day during market open hours from Monday to Friday (weekend trading for cryptocurrencies is optional). Failure to trade daily leads to disqualification.
4. Risk Management: Maintain a maximum drawdown below 50% of the initial balance. For the $500.0 account, the drawdown limit is $250.0; for the $1,000.0 account, it is $500.0. Exceeding these limits will result in disqualification.
5. Trading Duration: The prop trading period lasts 100 days from the application date. Use this period to prove your trading skills.
6. Profit Target: The profit target for the $500.0 prop trading account is $1,500.0, while the target for the $1,000.0 account is $3,000.0.
   • Participants have 150 trading days to complete the target. They are allowed to request an additional 100 days.
7. Monthly Revenue Requirement: Achieve at least 5% profit of the initial balance each month. This means a minimum profit of $50.0 for the $500.0 prop account and $100.0 for the $1000.0 prop account in every 30-day trading interval.
8. Funding Award: Successful traders will be granted funds equal to their prop account type—$500.0 for the $500.0 prop trading account or $1,000.0 for the $1,000.0 prop trading account.
9. Account Transition: The initial balance will be transferred to a new live account based on your prop account application ($500.0 or $1,000.0).
10. Profit Withdrawal Conditions:
    • Profit is shared between the trader (30%) and the investor (70%).
    • Profit can be withdrawn at the end of each month.
    • All trades must follow the risk rules, ensuring the maximum drawdown does not reach 50.0% of the initial balance.
11. Investor Eligibility: Once eligible to attract investors, prop traders are not bound to a minimum income target.
